We are presented with the opportunity for each one of us in our spiritual journeys to revitalize and renew our faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
At Christmas we celebrate the joyous occasion of His birth and then Easter confronts us with the realization that this is the culmination of Christ's ministry on earth. This is a time for each one of us to reflect on what a difference Jesus makes in our lives. It's about transforming our lives and turning our darkness into light.
As Christians our faith tells us that Jesus died for the sins of the world and His resurrection represented the opportunity of eternal life for all who believe. As we celebrate, share God's love with others reaching out with compassion, thankfulness sharing the light of God.
My prayer for each one of us is:
Gracious Father, I pray That the love of God Is resurrected, reborn, renewed inside each of our hearts. Placing our trust completely in You to be our Savior. Guide us through the darkest times of our lives, knowing we never walk alone. Give each one of us the courage to live for You.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
May you grow in faith and love through prayer with our Gracious Father.
